Depending on your preferences and eligibility, we can provide home care in three forms:
The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) provides entry level support services to ageing Australians to assist them to stay independent and in their own homes and community.
Assistance with showering, dressing, toileting and grooming.
Clinical support for wound management, catheter care, medication assistance, diabetic support or telehealth support.
Health and therapy services e.g. podiatry, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy.
Help for people with a particular medical condition e.g. vision, dementia.
Help with feeding, meal preparation, and using eating utensils.
Help with housework, laundry, shopping or meal preparation.
Help with keeping your home and garden safe.
Changes to home to improve safety and access e.g. ramps and rails.
Items to help get around or adapt e.g. walking frame, shower chair.
Community transport, transport to GP.
Social activities in a community-based group setting or accompanied activities.
Provide relief to the carer so they can take a break from caring duties.
