As a not-for-profit charity, Northern Coalfields Community Care Association serve the elderly in our community in a professional and caring way. Services are provided to aged and other other persons requiring support, including those who might otherwise not be able to afford the cost of care.

As part of our ongoing commitment to strong governance and efficient administration, we have recently undertaken a planned simplification of our corporate structure.
Over time, our organisation accumulated a number of legacy business names and Australian Business Numbers (ABNs) that were no longer operational. Following a governance review, seven of these older, inactive entities are being formally consolidated into our three core operational organisations:
This administrative change allows us to reduce complexity, strengthen oversight, and streamline backend operations, while continuing to deliver services through our established organisational structure.
This is a planned administrative process only and has no impact on our financial stability, our services, our staff, or the people and communities we support.
You may notice these changes reflected in public ASIC records. These entities are currently subject to a formal external administration process called a “Members Voluntary Liquidation” which involves a structural wind down and closure of the solvent obsolete entities. As such, ASIC listings describe these entities as being “in liquidation,” but please be advised it does not indicate financial difficulty and does not affect our services, staff, or the people we support.
We share this update in the interest of transparency. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist.
