Robert is a Fellow of CPA Australia holding a Bachelor of Commerce and MBA. Robert was the principal of Ryan Accounting, a local Cessnock based practice, for over 21 years. After an extensive career in the local community Robert retired from the practice to focus on issues that impact the local community

His experience and qualifications supporting local business and not-for-profit organisations provides the NCCCA with the opportunity to source services and support to ensure the best possible outcomes. Robert is the Chair of the Finance and Risk Committee, and member of the Environment and Services committee. Since joining the board, he has been involved in all aspects of strategic and financial planning to enable the organisation to thrive in all aspects of aged care services.
