The Board’s role includes overseeing and reviewing the company’s strategies, policies and performance. This includes overseeing the financial and human resources NCCCA has in place to meet its objectives, reviewing management performance, protecting and optimising company performance and building sustainable value for the community.
The Board also sets, reviews and ensures compliance with the company’s values and governance framework (including establishing and observing high ethical standards).
