Joanne is a Registered Nurse and experienced non-executive director with more than 30 years’ experience across healthcare, aged care and retirement living. She brings extensive clinical, operational and governance expertise, having held executive and board leadership roles within ASX-listed, private and not-for-profit organisations.

Throughout her career, Joanne has led major growth, transformation and quality improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, sustainable service delivery and positive outcomes for older people.

Joanne currently serves as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Quality and Safety Committee for Huon Regional Care in Tasmania, and as Non-Executive Director, Deputy Chair and Chair of the Quality and Safety Committee for Royal Freemasons in Victoria. She is also a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Clinical Governance for Evergreen Life Care in New South Wales, and co-founder of EverYoung AI, driving innovation and AI integration in home care operations.

Joanne holds a Master of Applied Management (Health) from the University of Newcastle, a Graduate Certificate in Critical Care from Australian Catholic University, and a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Sydney.
