Sherrie has over 20 years of experience in the Health and Aged Care Industry and specialises in advisory and operational governance support to commercial and not for profit organisations. Her experience includes governance, compliance and risk management, clinical management, funding maximisation, facilities management, human resources and leadership development.
Through Boucher Advisory, Sherrie works alongside NDIS, Aged and Home Care Providers to help them navigate the complexities of compliance and uncover any gaps they did not know existed.
Sherrie is passionate about providing equity and access to rural and regional communities in all areas, including NDIS, aged care, education, training, skills development and recruitment.
As a Certified Chair for Advisory Boards, Sherrie is at the forefront of supporting Aged and Home Care providers to implement Quality Care and Consumer Advisory Boards as mandated by the Federal Government.
