Nicole is a Certified Practicing Accountant, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle.

Nicole is the founder and owner of a full-service marketing agency supporting notable clients across Australia and internationally. Her entrepreneurial leadership also extends to publishing, as the owner of Newcastle Weekly and, more recently, Hunter & Coastal Lifestyle Magazine.

With a career spanning accounting, port operations, global law firms, marketing and publishing, Nicole brings deep expertise in communication, finance, and strategic management. Her non-executive experience further enhances her strengths in corporate governance, leadership and risk management.
