Tim graduated in 1987 with a Pharmacy Diploma from Wellington, New Zealand and became a registered Pharmacist in Australia in 1996.

Currently Tim is a shareholder in Cessnock Plaza Pharmacy and Cessnock Day Night Pharmacy which dispenses for 350 in home Webstercare patients and 180 in residential care. Memberships are held with the Australian College of Consultant Pharmacy, AACP and the College of Pharmacy Practice and Management, APM.

Tim is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, GAICD and joined NCCCA as a member of the board in 2009.
