Anne has senior management experience in Human Resources, Sales and Marketing and Business Management in multinational businesses, as well as extensive clinical nursing experience. She has held Directorships in a number of other not‐for‐profit organisations, including Jarrah House , Seniors Rights NSW, and is a former NSW Council Member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development. She is currently a Director of another Aged Care organisation as well as a community organisation focussed on child and family welfare. 

Anne holds a Bachelor of Science (Nursing), Master of Professional Education, Master of Primary Health Care, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
