Our Community Transport service is especially designed to help you with everyday access to the things you need such as getting to medical and specialist appointments, participating in social and recreational activities, attend community events, to do your shopping and errands, visiting friends or family and other places of interest.
Services we offer:
Booking your trip can be made by contacting our office on (02) 4019 9750 and one of our team will discuss the details of your journey and provide you with available options.
We use a range of vehicles that are equipped to suit people with specific mobility needs or are modified for transporting wheelchairs.
Our team of trained drivers and volunteers will collect you from your home or chosen location and can assist you to and from the vehicle at your request, or with any mobility equipment and belongings.
The cost for our transport service varies depending on your pick-up and drop-off location, the type of service you are accessing, how often you use the service and our available resources.
If you are receiving a Home Care Package (HCP) or are an NDIS recipient, we will work with you to develop an affordable transport plan to meet your individual needs to keep you engaged in your activities and connected to the community.
If you are experiencing financial hardship or feel you cannot afford the service, please advise one our team so we can work with you to ensure you still get the services you need.
