Christine has business expertise in transformation, customer experience and marketing strategy as well as experience in aged care, disability care and community care. She holds a Master of Commerce in Strategy and Innovation from University of Sydney and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Christine has many years care sector experience in senior leadership and consultancy roles that has given her an understanding of the operational and workforce challenges of service delivery, and supporting governance frameworks that prioritise safety, continuity of care, and accountability.

Her non-executive experience further enhances her strengths in governance and leadership. She brings to NCCCA her practical approach to ensuring good governance with a focus on the core business and benefits to customers, stakeholders and the community.

With a broad-based understanding of the way the care sector operates as well as with professional and lived experience of social care she is deeply interested in being part of discussions, innovative thinking, new business models and ways of working that seek to provide customer experience and operational improvements.
